Focus on Facilities

Essential to every campus operation is the ability to smoothly coordinate the booking and management of a wide range of facilities for the benefit of its residents.

As a forward thinking facilities management company, we partner with leading software suppliers to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and a positive booking journey for our guests. Through efficient processes, highly trained staff and the latest technology, our campus operations provide effective coordination of all services relied upon by our clients.

Taking an integrated approach, Hi West campus facilities can be booked through a central system providing easy access to a wide range of facilities.

Sports Facilities
A variety of fitness classes can be booked via an app including Core Fitness, Kettlebells, Circuit Training and Yoga which take place in the campus gyms.

There are also a wide range of activities taking place on the outdoor sports pitches such as 5 a side football and outdoor gym circuits. The pitches can also be booked independently by non-resident guests for training purposes, providing an additional revenue stream for the client.

Social Events
Other activities provided that can also be centrally booked include creative art classes, painting sessions, board games and workshops. All of these are bookable through the internal system providing a free of charge benefit to the end user.

Conferences & Events
With a choice of meeting rooms, the campuses are suited to hosting external events for local businesses. For workshops, training sessions or even short term overflow office space, each room can be configured to suit a clients’ needs and are equipped with the latest AV technology to support business operations. Management of these events can also include the provision of F&B and overnight accommodation as required.

Training & Development
At Hinkley Campus, in partnership with Bridgwater and Taunton College, a Test Centre provides project workers with the opportunity to undertake essential Health, Safety & Environment testing on site. These tests include CITB (CSCS) and NOCN (CPCS) covering a range of topics including demolition, plumbing and crane operation qualifications.

Parking
Paid parking provides another revenue stream with non-residents able to book parking spaces on site at weekends for a fee. Coordinated through the internal systems, this provides a valuable service to clients as well as helping manage the daily demand for parking.

The above is a snapshot of the breadth of bookable services managed by our teams through our internal systems to ensure a smooth running campus for the benefit of all our residents.
