As another year draws to a close, we’d like to thank all our guests, suppliers and our loyal team for their continued support throughout 2023. We are proud of our achievements this year and look forward to 2024 and the prospect of exploring new opportunities.
Following the successful launch of our Brean Sands Self Catering Accommodation providing accommodation to the workforce of the Hinkley Point C project, all our campuses continue to perform well and deliver outstanding occupancy.
Our consultancy team has been involved in wide ranging projects including an exciting feasibility study on the creation of an eco-friendly resort in Africa as well as major infrastructure projects located closer to home.
Hi West’s accommodation group, Pineapple Town Houses, has seen a year of growth with the appointment of two new Town House Managers and a programme of refurbishment at all three properties. We look forward to welcoming new and returning guests to these properties in Taunton, Exeter and Cheltenham.
